One of the things I noticed in my career is that when someone sets a goal, they usually set a target which comes in a form of numbers especially for production goals. This alone will not be enough to make you want to get up each day to walk through the fire to get to your goals.
There has to be something more. Once you know WHAT your goal is, you need to have a strong WHY to back that up. Then you need to answer the HOW and the WHO to get started on your way to achieving your goals.
